Good hamburgers. I love their cheese tots. The manager is very active helping the staff. However today the restaurant wasn't even half capacity and I had to wait almost 45 min for a hamburger.

A bit over priced but the burger was good 👍

Good Food at Reasonable Prices. I ate there before I went to the movies. Very tasty burger and Fries. Well worth the price. Staff was VERY attentive. They will definitely see me again. Much better than the standard fast food.

I was shopping at the Mall and was hungry. I stopped in because I had gone to one down south and it was great. The ONLY thing I did not like was as I was sitting there, I noticed the servers were chit chatting about other employees. All I kept thinking was " where is my food?".

Years ago Johnny rockets was a decent burger place that sold good food. The other day I thought I'd try out the Newport Mall version. Of this alleged throwback style restaurant. I entered sat in a seat where the cushions were no longer supporting a guest; you sank into the seat. I was told I could move if I want . I ordered a burger and fries which are sold separately..who ever heard of that at a restaurant? The burger was small and over cooked. The fries equally overcooked and I had to send them back. I spent about 17 dollars which was not worth it at all. The only good part was the server idalis. She was friendly and welcoming and should be working somewhere else. In all avoid the place and go to McDonald's instead. I will not return.

Haven't been to Johnny Rocks in years, went to one of the first in the Marina District in SF and loved it. Still the same great burgers. Not too big, flavorful beef, but thank the powers that be no one danced on my table. Always found that degrading to the staff. Johnny Rocks is still a keeper, Jenna was great, and altho I'm warned to watch my cholesterol, I'm gonna have a burger every time I'm Newport.

Always nice to have an old fashioned burger and fries...but their breakfast platters are hust as pleasant...especially the pancakes.

Always a great time and great memories made at this place the staff is super friendly and the food is worth it

Nice burger joint with retro vibe

I do not recommend this restaurant to any African Rican human being ... the food made me go straight to the bathroom, had my stomach hurting for over 3 hours. The fountain drinks were horrible and watery. They put the whole tree of lettuce on your burger all you taste is the lettuce.

Burger is good, fries kinda cold. But overall good service. Food given to you quickly but once again fries cold.

Order a burger and it was over cooked. It was very disappointing, and made the burger taste bad. Fries were good though.

Can't go wrong with a Rocket Double and now they have tots. Consistently good food and usually pretty good service. Been going since I was a kid and I enjoy it everytime.

I hadn’t been to Johnny Rockets in several years. I tried something different and got the chili dog. It was really good. I really enjoyed the fun atmosphere and the waitresses even danced to rockin robin while I was there. It was really cool and they flicked the lights off and on. My waitress was really friendly and nice. I recommend this place.

High price for the amount and quality of food, and even though it's a fast food restaurant it took forever to be served

The burgers are good and they fill you up quickly because it's actual meat and less oil and fats milk shakes are a must and the service is nice. 10/10

I just went with my son for lunch and had a server Maria and she was so pleasant and helpful along with a young gentleman working the up front who was also so helpful and kind as well they even helped me find a stand I was looking for with helpful information!!!... thank you so much !! Johnny rockets is awesome!!!

Great Food ,lots of fun sitting and listening to songs I remember as a child. Service is great! I love it when the waitresses all come out and try to sing , and dance.Really enjoy the show keep up the good times.🤗🤗My family also enjoyed themselves when we eat out.

Nice retro burger place. Good service.

I went with my 2 kids and we had a good time. We ordered chicken tenders for the little ones and i had Smoke BBQ hamburger and it was good. The waitress was very kind and she gave balloons to my little kids at the end of our stay.

Great atmosphere a great place if you want to go to have a birthday party and the waiter serves the food is wonderful is a good throwbacks. Bygone era you come here you will not be disappointed

They had this promo going on - buy food for 25$ and get two free Yankee Tickets. We were told after we ordered that it isn't possible to get the tickets if we've already paid! Very rude manager. Not the way business should be done. Can't recommend!!

Just walked in, sat down, noone acknowledged I walked in. Sat and waited for exactly 10 minutes while all the workers walked around and tried figuring out an issue they had without ONE person saying ONE word to me or atleast handing me a menu, terrible customer service. A " Hi how are you" would have been great. Not even whoever looked to be the "manager" acknowledged me. I work in the industry and if I ever did that to my guests I'd be fired. DO BETTER.

Salad is good.my husband always buy three cheese grilled chicken sandwich.my favorite is the sweet potatoes fires

Their milkshakes are good. The milk/ice cream at this location is NOT as good as the McDonald's here. They need to change their supplier.

Nice Jonny Rockets in one of my favorite malls! This one with Path access to Manhattan and the river few a few minutes walk away. The service here has always been fine for me, and I love the food!

Johnny Rockets has alright burgers. It is in the Newport Mall. One can enjoy burger after shopping. Open restaurant and family atmosphere.

The waitress was welcoming, attentive and served us with a smile. The burger tastes great and the lettuce, tomatoes and gherkin are super fresh. Onion rings also tasty. The strawberry milkshake is delicious. Prices are very reasonable.

The food was quick fresh and remembered as a shopping mall experience.

I Dont recommend this one at all! I was served cup of tea on a stained/dirty cup. Our burgers were brought our table warm, as if they were left out and forgot to bring it! A party table near us,came way after us, and they were served first.!!however the burgers were good,

Love the shakes! The food is always good. Servers are nice. It's nice to have a quick sit down meal while shopping.
